This article talks about an idea that Obama has to try and get out of the mass debt we are in now. His new plan includes raising taxes especially for those who make more than 250,000 a year in income. The article says that if they were to stick with what Bush was trying to do which was to lower the taxes then it would put them into an even bigger debt.
